It is rather unfortunate that Japan has it all.
You have to prepare for earthquakes, tsunami (lead to a nuclear emergency like Fukushima), volcanic activity, typhoons, torrential rain, thunderstorms, landslides, flooding, tornado & heavy snow (mainly in the north and western part of Japan).
For the safety of your employees and their families, we highly recommend you have a solid emergency plan in place.
You will be able to get a pretty good prediction for most of them in advance.
However, for earthquakes, tsunami, and volcanic activity, there will be hardly any prior warning.
You need to prepare for the worst, and it can happen at any given time!
You have your legal entity and employees in Japan.
You know about the risk for natural disasters, and you have no emergency guidelines established yet.
You have emergence guidelines already established but want to get a third-party opinion.
You want to conduct yearly emergency practice drills.
We had the life-changing experience dealing with the earthquake and nuclear crisis in Fukushima, with about 200 employees, locals, and expatriates with their families. Not having natural disaster management in place is not an option. Any critical situation can arise at any given time.
It is where experience comes into play combined with a solid emergency plan.
We offer guidance and support that you can get your emergency guideline prepared for your individual needs.
We give you our consultation regarding your already existing emergency guideline.
We bring in our knowledge and experience of dealing with the earthquake and Fukushima nuclear crisis 2011.
We offer, once per year, a simulated practice drill to confirm that the company and all employees are familiar with the execution of the emergency guideline. Please kindly note that for this specific offer, additional costs apply.

The goal of the PREPARE Package is to have your tailor-made Natural Disaster Management Emergency Guideline. The target timeframe is two months to get it prepared so that you are ready for implementation.
The focus of THE EXISTING Package is to give you consultation based on your existing emergency guideline. The target time frame is one month to get everything confirmed and consulted.
The goal of the QUICK HELP Package is to elaborate on all the points you need to focus on and how they should complement and harmonize with each other in the case of natural disasters. It is a webinar that consists of 120 minutes (90 minutes for explanation and 30 minutes for Q&A).
The PRACTICE DRILL Package is to test the knowledge of all employees on how to use and handle the emergency guideline. We simulate a natural disaster and check the implementation of the emergency guideline throughout the company. We give recommendations if additional training might be required. The Practice Drill is a one-day event. After studying the results, we will feedback the results and will indicate improvements. The consultations will last for about ten days.
